Cuttlefish

Cuttlefish (Sepia Pharaonis) are caught for food in the Mediterranean, East Asia, the English Channel etc. Dried, shredded cuttlefish is a popular snack food. The coastal region of Spain use cuttlefish and squid ink for the marine flavour and the smoothness it provides. It is also used in dishes such as rice, pasta and fish stews.
