Gayathri Aqua Seafood Exports Pvt Ltd (GASF), 100% subsidiary of Penver, operates from 6 branches located strategically in major shrimp farming districts. They supply feed and other inputs (chemicals and probiotics) on credit to farmers. GASF has entered into Contract Farming Agreements under Harvest Buy Back Arrangements.
During FY 22, GASF sold 24100 MT of shrimp feed translating to 16000 MT of shrimps.

GASF is a major supplier of shrimp to Penver and supplies during FY 22 was worth Rs 173 crores.
GASF also operates its own shrimp farms.
In addition to the trading profit generated, this business model provides the following benefits to Penver.
- GASF is known to almost all shrimp farmers in AP.
- Credit sales ensure a captive source of shrimps
- Through GASF field staff, PPL gets live information on upcoming harvests, sizes to be harvested, disease incidence, competition activity etc.
