Online Monitoring

We monitor the quality of the raw materials right from the landing centres, in the case of sea caught materials and from the farm, in the case of farm raised materials.
At the factory, the materials are subjected to concurrent quality check at all stages, including at the time of receipt of material into the factory, grading, value addition and production.
All organoleptic parameters are continuously monitored to ensure that the end product is free from defects.
