- Penver Products Pvt Ltd was set up in 1996 on rented premises by Philips Thomas and Vinod Kumar, two experienced seafood professionals.
- In 1999, it was incorporated as a Private Limited Company.
- In 2006, the Company built its own processing facility.
- In 2011, Penver set up a restaurant in Bengaluru.
- In 2015, the Company set up a 1,25,000sqft seafood processing facility, in Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh. It also integrated backwards by entering into aquaculture.
- During 2015, Madhukrishna Ganta and during 2016, Abdul Kareem joined as Directors of the Company.
